You Can Be Yourself During a Presentation

While it’s not a bad idea to follow some of the traditional recommendations for effective presentations (make eye contact, tailor your message to the audience, etc.), there is no one formula that works for everyone. Through years of practice, experienced presenters find ways to adapt this advice in ways that allow them to deliver messages while maintaining their authenticity.

If you’ve watched a lot of presentations online, however, this isn’t always obvious. Sometimes it can feel like there’s a right and wrong way to deliver a presentation. Watch this spoof and see if it looks familiar.
