So much depends on our ability to communicate with each other. Decisions are made, relationships built, and agreements developed–all based on the exchange of information between people. Effective communication requires active listening, an understanding of the audience, and delivery of a clear message.  It also allows for constructive dialogue around conflicting points of view. In addition to improving your ability to communicate well and keep conflict constructive, you will also have an opportunity to practice these skills in a low-pressure environment.
